The process of cutting VSG laminated safety glass begins with the preparation and optimisation of the glass sheet, i.e. its division in such a way as to leave as little waste as possible.

The entire process of machine cutting is carried out by means of cutting heads from above and below the glass and then heating the film with a heating bar. The cycle is automatic, which ensures high precision of cutting while maintaining high product quality and repeatability of the process.
