Workshop with the Warsaw University of Technology
Last week, students from the Warsaw University of Technology swapped university-based lectures for practical activities. The Warsaw University of Technology, together with the Kaizen Institute and Industry 4.0, benefited from a series of training sessions led by Tomasz Król organised in the premises of our company.
The university is increasingly implementing such solutions, thus adapting student education to the needs of the labour market. Students can become more familiar with the specific characteristics of managers’ and engineers’ work, learn about specific problems, look for solutions and work in a group. Greater participation in practical classes and contact with the industry facilitates a subsequent professional start for young graduates and allows the employers to gain highly qualified staff ready to take on challenges.
For us, it is an interesting challenge, an invaluable dose of fresh knowledge and the opportunity to exchange valuable comments and views. We are always open to new experiences. Cooperation with the University of Technology also offers mutual benefits. The university is open to suggestions and any comments, which is something the young employees lack.
