Only an efficient, safe, and properly coordinated evacuation action allows to quickly guide employees and occupants to a safe place and to check the headcount of the evacuated persons. The actions were carried out with Emergency Response Leads appointed on company premises. No drill means no preparation, and a trial evacuation is an excellent opportunity to analyse the mistakes and check the efficiency of our safety systems, and particularly the involvement of the participants.

The drill scenario involved not only evacuation and rescue operations, but also firefighting. Our employees learned not only theory. Under the supervision of specialists, they performed evacuation and rescue actions with dummies, and practised fire extinguishing with a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket, and a fire hose. They had an excellent opportunity to practice behaviour in a controlled emergency, which can only result in the speeding up of response and action in the future.

Firefighters from the State District Fire Brigade took part in our action. It was under their supervision that firefighters from the local Volunteer Fire Brigades of Śliwice and Lińsk familiarised themselves with our company's facilities and conducted the drills.

In our opinion, the drills were successful and extremely instructive. We will certainly repeat them periodically.
